Refund and Cancellation Policy
In order to provide clarity and transparency regarding refund and cancellation processes, ScholaBook.com has established the following policy for both institutions and students/parents using our school management software platform.
For Institutions
1. Subscription Fees:
Institutions subscribing to the ScholaBook software platform are required to pay a subscription fee. Cancellation of the subscription is permitted within 30 days from the date of the transaction for subscription durations of 6 months or more. In such cases, a full refund will be provided upon cancellation. Please note that no cancellation is applicable after 30 days from the date of the transaction or for subscription durations of less than 6 months.
2. SMS Packages:
Any transactions made for the purchase of SMS Packages cannot be canceled, and therefore no refund will be given. As we pay the price to the SMS service provider for the SMS packages you purchase, cancellations are not possible in this case.
For Students (or Parents of Students)
Payments made by students or their parents on ScholaBook.com for various fees on behalf of institutions, schools, or colleges are subject to the following refund and cancellation policy:
1. Monthly Fees:
No refund or cancellation is applicable to payments made through the ScholaBook.com website for monthly fees, including hostel fees, tuition fees, or any other monthly fees paid by residing or non-residing students. If you have any concerns regarding these fees, please directly contact the respective institution, school, or college.
2. Admission Fees:
Cancellation of admission fees paid through the ScholaBook.com website for residing or non-residing students can be initiated within 1 week from the date of the transaction. To initiate the cancellation process, please send an email to [email protected], providing a valid reason for cancellation. We will forward the cancellation request to the respective institution for acceptance. Once the cancellation is accepted by the institution, school, or college, you will be notified accordingly. We will then process the refund within 5-7 working days, and the refund amount will reflect in your bank account within 10-12 working days. Please note that the total turnaround time for the refund process is 15-20 working days.
3. Re-Admission Fees:
No refund or cancellation is applicable to payments made for re-admission fees through the ScholaBook.com website for residing or non-residing students. If you have any concerns regarding re-admission fees, please directly contact the respective institution, school, or college.
